WOMENS HEALTH

Pelvic Floor & Abdominal Weakness

Pelvic floor muscles are the “hidden” internal muscles that support the bladder and bowel in men, and the bladder, bowel and uterus in women.

If the pelvic floor muscles are not functioning optimally this may result in problems such as incontinence, difficulty emptying the bladder or bowel, pelvic organ prolapse in women, or sexual and/or pelvic pain in both men and women.
